Danielle's journey towards leadership began early in life when she was a school teacher, where she honed her skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

As a director of our property management business, Danielle is responsible for overseeing a team of professionals, managing day-to-day operations, and developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and success. Her leadership style is characterized by a strong focus on collaboration, open communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Born and bred in Tauranga, Rodney is a proud member of the community and is passionate about supporting local businesses and organizations. He is also a proud father of three, Thomas, George and Zoe and husband to his legendary wife, Danielle. Partial to a bit of hunting and fishing and a loyal warriors fan (which can be extremely stressful!).

Abby Blain is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning eight years in the government sector, seven years in property management, and three years in business development. Her experience uniquely positions her to understand both the strategic and operational sides of property investment. In 2023, she was named Property Manager of the Year for the South Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Northland regions, recognition of her commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes and consistently high service standards.

Lesley has more than 14 years experience in Property Management. Lesley spent her first 4 years in the industry, in a busy property management office, in the position of Office Manager.  This was a great start to her career which has given her the experience and knowledge of an all-rounder, in all aspects of the job. Lesley feels fortunate she has been able to work alongside such experienced people, from whom she has learnt a great deal. Lesley believes that communication is the key to running a successful property management portfolio which translates into a strong relationship with both landlords and tenants.  Lesley is very quick and efficient in finding the right tenant for your property and will ensure it is stress-free experience for all.

Steph supports the running of the Property Management team to ensure a great result is achieved for all. A born and bred Cantabrian, she has spent the last 16 years in the Bay of Plenty and now calls Tauranga home.
