As a director of our property management business, Danielle is responsible for overseeing a team of professionals, managing day-to-day operations, and developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and success. Her leadership style is characterized by a strong focus on collaboration, open communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Born and bred in Tauranga, Rodney is a proud member of the community and is passionate about supporting local businesses and organizations. He is also a proud father of three, Thomas, George and Zoe and husband to his legendary wife, Danielle. Partial to a bit of hunting and fishing and a loyal warriors fan (which can be extremely stressful!).

Catherine is an experienced and dedicated Property Investment Specialist with over 10 years of industry expertise. Her commitment to providing exceptional service and professionalism to clients sets her apart. Building strong relationships based on trust is her top priority.

Mairead joined the Ray White group in 2014, and has been an invaluable member since. She has diverse experience of the industry across its many facets, from administration, operations to performance management and sales. Lesley has more than 14 years experience in Property Management. Lesley spent her first 4 years in the industry, in a busy property management office, in the position of Office Manager.  This was a great start to her career which has given her the experience and knowledge of an all-rounder, in all aspects of the job. Lesley feels fortunate she has been able to work alongside such experienced people, from whom she has learnt a great deal. Lesley believes that communication is the key to running a successful property management portfolio which translates into a strong relationship with both landlords and tenants.  Lesley is very quick and efficient in finding the right tenant for your property and will ensure it is stress-free experience for all.

Florence is a seasoned Property Manager with the team at Ray White Tauranga & Bayfair. Since entering the industry in 2021, she has gained valuable experience and developed expertise in tenant relations, property maintenance, and consistently delivering top-tier service. Florence is passionate about creating a positive and efficient environment for both tenants and property owners, and she is eager to continue making a difference in her role.

Lady prides herself on being versatile and reliable. She ensures all tasks are carried out efficiently in a timely manner. You will find Lady supporting our Property Management team, ensuring they have the administration support, information and documentation needed to provide their clients with the best possible service.

Twenty years in the real estate industry in both New Zealand and Australia – spanning roles in sales, personal assistant, administration manager and rental administration – equipped her with the mix of skills required for a successful property manager.

I am super excited to be a part of the Ray White, Bayfair & Tauranga Team!  I have many years of customer service and administrative experience. I am passionate about people and adept at relationship building. I excel in cultivating trust, demonstrating empathy and fostering strong connections. Committed and highly organised, I believe that establishing trust forms the base of a successful working relationship.

Steph has joined the Ray White team bringing with her many years’ experience and knowledge in a Property Management and Sales administration role. Steph supports the running of the Property Management team to ensure a great result is achieved for all. A born and bred Cantabrian, she has spent the last 16 years in the Bay of Plenty and now calls Tauranga home.

Rebecca is a highly experienced property manager with a deep understanding of the local area. Having lived in the Bay of Plenty for most of her adult life, she has developed a strong connection with the community and knows the region like the back of her hand.
